Acta de la junta mensual de Febrero, 2014.

La junta dio principio a las 6:35 P.M.

Se paso lista de asistencia estando ausentes los siguientes equipos: Toros, Toros Jr.
Acta Anterior
El acta anterior fue aprobada por : Dep. Palmas, Dep. San jose, Dep. Juchitan.
Correspondencia
El equipo San Nicolas envio carta pidiendo permiso para posponer su partido de liguilla, ya que estaria participando en el torneo de las Vegas.
El dep. Gallardo envio carta pidiendo permiso para posponer su partido , por la razon que estaria participando en las Vegas.El equipo Tapatio envio carta mostrando su inconformidad hacia los arbitros, ya que le anotaron goles a su jugador Chris Nash que de haberlo hecho estaria como lider goleador, asi mismo el dueño del equipo dijo que varias ocasiones a tenido que llamar a la mesa directiva porque los referis cambiaron algunos marcadores, y el quiesiera que se tomara cartas en el asunto de los referis.

Tesoreria
El reporte fue aprobado por : Dep. Palmas, Dep. Santiago, Real Zacatecas.
Comisiones
El presidente menciono que se ha estado jugando porque no ha llovido, y que en la temporada vamos bien con las jornadas. Y tambien menciono un agradecimiento a los tres equipos que van a participar
En las Vegas, que son San Nicolas, Dep. Gallardo y Juchitan. Menciono que el Murphy esta pagado todo el 2014. Y que quizas tambien nos dejen jugar todo el año sin tener que estar cerrado.
Asuntos Pendientes
El presidente menciono que Parques y recreaciones esta por entregar a la escuela S.B.J. dichos campos para que ellos puedan manejarlos , y que a la ves se ha formado una commission para poder dialogar con la escuela, poder seguir usando los campos de dicha escuela.
Y que quizas van a querer cobrar mas, pero seria hasta despues.

Asuntos Generales

El presidente menciono sobre la carta de Tapatio, y que no se podia que ningun  entrenador podia hablar con el referi, y que el secretario solo anotaba lo que los referis asentaban en la cedula arbitral. Se escucharon a varios delegados hablar sobre el tema, y el secretario menciono que el arbitro tiene la obligacion de mostrarle al capitan, al termino del partido la cedula arbitral para que la pueda revisar y corregir algo que este mal y que no haya firmado algun compañero de su equipo.Se comento el tema del jugador del Jaramillo Tile, que se le dijo que si se investuigo con los referis, y ellos se mantuvieron firmes en lo asentado en el reporte arbitral sobre el castigo a su jugador. Se hizo un recordatorio sobre las liguilas, y el presidente pidio a los delegados que se juegue con deportivismoy olvidarse de las gente de afuera. El secretario menciono que si el equipo que quedo en mejor posicion en la table, pide jugar de local el primer juego se respeta la decision.

Asuntos nuevos
El dep. Juchitan menciono que pedia a los delegados una ayuda para su jugador, Peter Aguila que se fracture en un partido y lo operaron y no a podido trabajar, se les pidio a los delegados y se opto por dejarlo para la siguiente junta mensual de Marzo.

La junta dio por terminada a las 7:45 P.M.

Minutes of the monthly meeting , December 2013.

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 P.M.
With list of equipment being absent: Toros and Toros Jr.
Reading of the previous minutes
The previous minutes were approved by Dep Palmas , Dep. San Jose, Dep. Juchitan.
Correspondence
Team San Nicolas send a  letter asking permission to postpone their league match  as they would be participating in the Las Vegas tournament.
The dep . Gallardo sent a letter asking for permission to postpone his game, for the reason that theywould be participating Las Vegas tournament. Team El Tapatio send a letter showing their dissatisfaction towards the referees , as he scored goals were not counted on behave of his player Chris Nash and if they had Nash would be leading scorer. The same team owner said repeatedly had to call the board because the refs changed some scores, and that they should be taking matters over issue of referees .
Treasury
Treasury report was delivered to the delegates for revision and questioning​​. It was approved by Dep. Palmas, Dep. Santiago, Real Zacatecas .
Commissions
The President mentioned that we have been playing because it has not rained, and this season is going well. President send  graditude to the three teams that will participate
In Vegas. They are San Nicolas , Gallardo and Dep. Juchitan. Murphy Field is paid all through this year 2014. And perhaps also let us play all year without having to be closed.
Unfinished Business
The President mentioned that Parks and Recreation is in the process to delegate the use of the field in SBjr.H to the school representatives of SBJrH. , and a commity has formed to discuss with the school, to continue using the school fields .
Maybe the shool would want to charge more , but it would be until later.
Generals Affairs
The president mentioned based on the letter from Tapatio, that any coach could not talk to any referee , and the secretary just wrote down what the refs wrote in roster form. Several delegates stated there point of view. The secretary mentioned that the referee has the obligation to show the captain at the end of the match the roster form to check and make changes if need in regards to players forgetting to sign. Commends were made on the issue of player from Jaramillo Tile, delegate was told that there was an  investigation with referees , and the referees stood firm with the written report on the punishment for his player . A reminder about the Championship was made, and the president asked the delegates to play with good sportsmanship and forget the outsiders. The secretary mentioned that if the team who ended in better position in the Pocitions table and ask to play local in there first game. The decision is respected.
New Business
Team dep .  Juchitan ask the delegates for support for one of his  players… Peter Aguila was fracture in a game and had to have surgery and could not work , they asked the delegates and it was decided to leave it for the next monthly meeting of March.

The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
