Se propuso Eliminar las transferencias de jugadores que esta escrito en Estatuto -16.4 Un Jugador podra ser Registrado un maximo de tres Veces en el trascurso de los torneos dè Invierno y Verano, en el orden siguiente :

1ra – Con El Primer Club.

2da – . Con el club Otro Afiliado

3ra – . De Regreso Con El Primer Club.

• Por mayoria de votos de los presente delegados de la Junta Anual: Fue aprovada. Jugadores que se registren en la Temporada de Invierno 2017 no podran transferirse asta la Temporada de Verano 2018.

By majority vote of the present delegates in the Anual Meeting: It was approved. Players who register for the 2017 Winter Season may not transfer to the 2018 Summer Season.
