Se paso lista de asistencia y demostrar su copia de Estatutos. El

Estuvieron ausentes los siguientes equipos: Dep. Aztecas, Dep. Gallardo, Guerrero FC, Club Pacific.

El Presidente menciono si hay preguntas o correcion sobre la lectura de la acta anterior. No hay preguntas.

El Presidente menciono si hay preguntas o correcion sobre el reporte de Tesoreria. No hay preguntas. Tan bien mensiono que en el pago de campo al Santa Barba School District originalmente el pago 1,353.00 que mandaron a cobrar y solo se pago 1,180.00 por que estavan cobrando asta las 5pm. Milan pregunto sobre una incorrecion donde salio San Isidro sub campeon dos veces. Se respondio que fue un error de imprenta pero que

 Unico fue de pago de Santa Barbara Jr. High pero eso esta en asuntos nuevos.

Asuntos nuevos

 El presidendente mesiono el pago se iso de 23 de Noviembre asta 14 de Diciembre por que el campo se sierra y no habre asta el 5 de Enero, es el final del contrato. Se va hacer otro contrato de Enero a Mayo y despues de Mayo se va hacer un contracto chico donde cubre Mayo ala primera o segunda semana de Junio donde se acaba el ano escolar.

Siguiente Asunto nuevo es de que el 21 de diciembre se va a jugar equipos de la Primera Division. Por que hay mas Jornadas en la primera division. Los encargados del campo Murphy avisaron que no va estar disponible asta el 25 de Enero. Y la Santa Barbara Jr. High no va estar disponible la primera semana de Enero. Se decidio que 4 partidos de la primera division en Girsh y uno en Carpinteria van a jugar el dia 21 de diciembre y los 4 oh 5 que falten el dia 4 de Enero. Se va a buscar la mejor manera para completar la Jornada. El dia 11 y 18 de Enero no hay suficiente campos para jugar la jornadas completas. Por que solo la Santa Barbara jr. High y Girsh Park estan disponibles. Milan pregunto cuales son los equipos que van a jugar de Carpinteria. Sele contesto solo los que estan en la Primera Division. Guanajuato mensiono que jugadores de la Primera van a hirse de vacaciones y si se van con quien van a jugar. Leones Negros mensiono que se deveria parar la Primera division asi como las otras divisiones. El presidente mensiono que alguna manera se deve de adelantar la Primera ya que tiene mas Jornadas. Morelita mensiono que se dijo que la junta extraordinaria que todos quedaron de acuerdo y ahora se estan echando para atras. Presidente mensiono que se estado mensionando en las juntas como de Noviembre. San Buena sugerio jugar en la noche. Presidente mensiono que Santa Barbara Jr. High se sierra el dia 14 de diciembre y se necesitaria pagar luces y es mucho el gasto $90 por hora mas pintada del campo. Tan bien mensiono que el siguiente domingo (Diciembre 14) que hay 70% que hay lluvia y talves no se juegue. El Murphy esta bajo espera asta comfirmacion de parte del director de Parques y Creaciones. No hay de otra mas que hacer de esa manera. No hay campos el 11 y el 18 solamente jugaria la Primera. Presidente pregunto si hay otra sugerencia. No hay.

Asuntos Generales

El comite ejecutivo decidio que sele deve dar $100 de la cuenta de Bono a los equipos. El Tesorero repartio los sobres con cheques a los delegados presentes. Leones Negros pregunto que pasa con aquellos que pagaron $250 de bonos cuando empesaron y los nuevos pagaron $500 y haora solo tienen $300 ya que se a regresado dos de $100. Presidente respondio que muchos equipos se salieron y perdieron su bono quiza de hay se cobro un poco. Los equipos de antiwidad sele respeta su bono.

Uvo una rifa de Gift Cards de $25, $15, y $10 dollares. Fue idea del presidente y aprovado por el comite para darles algo por la Navidad.

El presidente mensiono que desde el momento que tomo como presidente la finalidad y el punto es de aplicar los reglamentos como deve de estar. Las decisiones se an echo entre todos en conjunto. Desde un principio se a establesido que el equipo que no page sus deudas a tiempo y juegan deudores va haver consecuencias. Seles dio chance la primera jornada para que estan corrientes. Tal ves sea muy drastico pero el punto es que el miercoles sale el caso y tienen toda la semana para que lo pagen. Muchos no miran el tribunal de penas y no revisan, no mas miran a que hora juegan y vamonos. Por ejemplo cuando un jugador que lo expulsan intultos al arbitro oh C.V. lo multan por $20 oh por Celuda Incorrecta la muta es de $10. I se hace muy drastico quitar un juego por $10 pero es una deuda que ustedes adquidieron. Es una deuda que se tiene que saldar antes de pagar su partido. Amatl pregunto si la deuda de $20 son del equipo. Presidente respondio que si, el equipo no es responsable cuando sele suspende a un jugador cuando es expulsado por 3 o 6 meses y es multado con $100, ese es ya del jugador. Pero cuando a un jugador es suspendido por 2 partidos por J.B.G., $10 de multa o por 3 partidos C.V. y $20 de multa el equipo es responsable. Por que cuando es por 3 partidos va a jugar despues de cumplir los 3 partidos va a jugar. I lo mismo cuando pagen los $100 para que juegue el jugador le va a quedar de deuda los $10 de multa. Para que juegue el jugador tinenen que pagar $110 para que juegue el jugador. Cada semana el Presidente, tesorero, y secretario estan chenqueando que todos esten pagando a tiempo. Volviendo al punto el Miercoles salen el Tribunal y lista de Deudores y la pajina de deudores donde sale en la parte de Due Date la fecha limite para pagar antes de su partido. Tienen asta las 6pm el Sabado en la caja. Si no pudo pagar por que se fue de viaje por que no va a regresar el sabado. El domingo antes de su partido tienen que encontrar a un miembro del comite ejecutivo no es en la caja. Por que el senor Tesorero ya recojio el antes que sierra la . A lo mejor no encuentre un miembro del comite con money orden puede llamar al tesorero y ponerlo en la caja. Pero solo money orden por que cuando lo imprenta esta la hora y la fecha. Es la responsabilidad que ustedes por que sele da suficientes dias para pagen su deuda. Si no la pagan ya arquidieron otra. Por eso hay comfusiones por que si ya page por eso hay numero de caso de cada infraccion. Es mejor si cada semana que sale el caso pagen para evitarce problemas. Alguien Tienen una pregunta oh duda. Casi por lo regular es los mismo equipos que esta cousando problema. Es una regla que esta aplicando desde un principio desde que se empeso la jornada por que haci esta en los estatutos. I nos unos si y otros no, se esta aplicando igual para todos. No creo que se esta haciendo abnormal o porque el presidente lo quiere se va hacer haci. Los estatutos hablan hay acuerdos se enforsando los estatutos. Tan poco es gusto que 35 equipos esten pagando constante semana cada semana y los demas sela lleven asi. Se entiende que la economia no esta bien y sele entiende que sacan de su dinero para sacar a su equipo y llevarlos adelante por que le gusta futbol. Pero cuando se mete a un equipo tan bien alquiere una responsabilidad financiera. Por que la Liga tan bien pagamos, el dinereo esta hay miraran que hay 13,000 dollares pero en Enero se tienen que pagar por todo el ano el Murphy. Se paga en pagos de 9,000. Tan bien ya viene la liguilla donde se tiene que comprar los trofeos que son arriba de 4,000. Tod eso emplica gastos. Cada equipo es responsable de pagar dentro de la caja, el tesorero es el unico que tiene la llave, nadie mas tiene llave… ni el presidente, vice-president o secretario. El tesorero es el unico que tiene la llave, si su cheque no esta en al caja, siento mucho no hay nada que hacer. Porque el es unico que tiene los cheques es el unico que lo recoje y es el unico que tiene la contavilida. El tesorero es responsable y es el trabajo de el. No es su decision de el, es decision del Comite cuando un equipo juega deudor y pierde su partido si su cheque no esta en la caja. Mas claro no se puede hacer cuando el tesorero llega el sabado saca todos los cheques y hai estan todos los pagos de los equipos cuando hacen sus pagos. No hay barita majica no hay transas contra nada ni nada personal contra nadie. Aqui son reglas y como tal las tenemos que hacer que cada equipo cumpla con las reglas que estan establesido. Presidente pregunto si tienen alguna pregunta. Y aclaro que entiendan que en la lista de deudores esta la fecha que tienen que pagar antes de su partido. Leones pregunto si se puede pagar despues de tribunal de deudas. Presidente respondio que no que esto es en general es deudas que estan en el internet que en la seccion de deudores esta cuando se vence. Tienen aproximadamente 10 dias para pagar. Se atrasan por que se les acomulan 2 oh 3 y se les pesa comprar un money order de $190.  Es mas facil comprar un money order de $65 y hir pagando cada semana. Por que si les costo y como jugador cuesta ganar un partido y que lo quiten por una deuda. Leones Negros aclaro que siento $190 ya serian 3 partidos. El Presidente le respondio que es un ejemplo, esta dando una cantidad segura. Si alguien tiene una duda oh alguien quiere una aclaracion como corren las deudas este es el momento. Pero esta bien claro en la pajina de internet la fecha cuando se vencen sus deudas. U. de G. Jrs. menciono que vean los estatutos, lo unico que algunos no vean el internet por que antes se mandava correspondencia. Presidente mensiono que encima de la caja se imprenta cada semana el tribunal de penas. Por cual quier razon no puede oh no quiere ver el internet esta el numero de caso. No deje que sele acomule por que si juega deudor hay consecuensias. Se pregunto que hora va el tesoreo a recojer el sabado. El presidente respondio que el Tesorero recoje los cheques ala 6pm cuando sierran la tienda. El tesorero mensiono que es mas facil ver que se juega el domingo, el caso sale el Miercoles, tienen 5 dias para pagar el caso de $65 mas multa si tienen de $10 de $20. Hay equipos aqui nunca aparecen en ninguna lista por que cuando llega el lunes a recojer ya esta el pago oh va llegando a pagarlo. Por que se tienen que esperar asta el sabado para despues salir deudores. Antes se Jugaba el domingo, salia el caso y se pagaba antes del lunes asta las 7pm , y despues tenian que pagar con money orden. No es para cambiar la regla. Es mas facil si no que sale el caso tienen 5 dias para pagar y se evitan de problemas. Los equipos que pagan en este tiempo nunca tienen problema no llaman I dicen ya te page oh porque me estas cobrando esto. Nunca, Nunca se ohido de esos equipos. Se confunden los que no pagan a tiempo. Presidente pregunto si hay otro punto que tratar.

Milan pregunto quien esta tomando nota de los equipos que no vienen alas juntas que si van a salir multados. El Secretario respondio que sele esta multando a los equipos que piden permiso y que sele avisado que ya tienen 2 faltas y la tercera ves va hacer de $100. El Presidente mensiono que hay consecuensias de no venir ala junta. La primera es de $25, segunda es de $25 y la tercera $100. La siguiente es de $25, otra mas $25 y la Tercera $150. Que solo hay 2 permisos por ano. Se pregunto si en Enero los permisos comiensan otra ves. El Presidente mensiono que no los permisos son de Octubre 2014 asta Octubre 2015 cuando sea la Junta Anual. I la Junta anual no hay permisos. Presidente pregunto si hay algo mas.  El Vice-Presidente mensiono que no va haver junta en Enero.

Otro punto sobre los referees. Leones Negros mensiono que havia un referee que tenia la tarjeta roja en la mano como amenasando. Otro delegado mensiono que el Arbitro central se cambio por que ya no podia correr y iso el cambio en tiempo de que havia una jugada. Cruz Azul mensiono que expulsaron uno de sus jugadores y se llevaron la tarjeta de otro jugador. Que deven poner mas atencion a eso. Amatl mensiono que deveria venir el arbitro en cargado alas juntas. Presidente respondio que no llega a ninguana solucion. Amatl continuo mensionar que hay un arbitro donde es prepotente, reta a los jugadores, y puede llegar donde se encuentre una persona presevida y llege a golpiar. Dio por ejemplo que sela hico de toz a unos de sus jugadores. Milan mensiono que el un arbitro se nego recivir el ID cuando jugador fue a entregarselo para hacer un cambio. El arbitro respondio que lo esperan en medi campo y recivira el ID cuando este listo. Despues que lo espulsaron al jugador el Arbitro le dijo que para eso entravas. Parece ser el mismo arbitro que tuvo el incidente con Amatl. Otro delegado mensiono que uvo un juego contra otro equipo donde le sacaron dos tarjetas amarillas donde y no lo espulsaron. U. de G. Jrs. mensiono que esto se deve dar por escrito con el jefe de los arbitros para que sele acomulen. Porque la liga no puede controlar a ningun arbitro, ni tanpoco sancionarlo. El Presidente mensiono que se hablado que si tienen una queja de un arbitro que se aga por escrito. Se la dan al secretario, oh al presidente para llevarlo al presidente de los arbitros. Emos tenido reuniones con el y sele a dicho sobre algunos casos que el presidente a visto. Sele a pedido que sierto arbitros no tienen la capasidad como arbitros. Se hay arbitros que sele an corrido antes cuando Alex era presidente de los arbitros. Pero como se a visto a comparar estos arbitros alos de antes estan peor pero se hiso el cambio por que se pidio por ustedes. Las primeras jornadas se bieron bien pero ya bajaron mucho. U. de G Jrs. mensiono que si no sale nada por escrito el arbitro puede decir que le caijo mal y no sale nada. El Presidente mensiono que estava mirando que hay opciones en Ventura y en Los Angeles. Los de los Angeles no quieren benir por menos de $70. 2 Ligas grandes les estan pagando $65 y dicen para que bienen tan lejos por lo mismo que ganan aya. Se esta buscando diferente opciones pero nada esta por conqreto. Este mes que biene es un buen mes para ver cambios por que tiene que ver cambio. Hay unos que si son buenos pero son contaditos. Se paro la platica con otros arbitros por que querian mas. Presidente pregunto si hay sugerencia. Un delegado mesiono que si es mejor agarrar unos arbitros aunquesea un poquito mas caro ya que muchos estan perdieno por culpa de ellos. U. de G. Jrs. mensiono que se deve tomar encuenta que hay unos que hacen bien el tarbajo y andan pagando por los que no. Que el presidente de los arbitros deve castigar los que hacen mal el trabajo. Leones pregunto no vienen por menos de $65. Presidente mensiono que si le pagan igual I que no van a gastar gasolina y dar se una ambriada por lo mismo que ganan aya. Otro delegado mensiono que esta bien traer otros de otro lado ya que los insultas y llegas a pagar mas. Guanajuato mensiono que se deveria hablar con el referee encargado para que se ponga las pilas, si no que ya estamos buscando. Presidente mensiono que ya tenido 2 juntas hablado con el y que sele dijo lo que se espera de ellos antes que comensara la temporada. Leones pregunto cuanto piden los de los angeles. Presidente dijo que $70 a $75. Leones mensiono que los $10 y $15 de multa que si entra otros arbitros les daria presion y darian un mejor trabajo. Otro delegado mensiono que no tiene caso que den su opinion que piensa que si que la estan la mayoria si se tiene que pagar un poquito mas es mejor y hivitarian mas problemas. Dio un ejemplo donde el arbitro se lleva por lo que le dicen y no por lo que ve. Amatl mensiono que el comite ejecutivo deven de poner presion a los arbitros por que el comite representan los delegados si el presidente le dice al arbitro que la audencia no esta contenta con el tarbajo. U. de G. Jrs. la mejor precion la ponen los delegados. El comite no puede mandar mucho a los arbitros Los delegados son los que pagan a los arbitros y tienen todo el derecho de mandar una carta donde ponen el motivo yo no quiero pagar mas lo servicios de este arbitro. Mensiono que mando una carta antes y se le considero su protesta. No mandaron mas. El Presidente dio por terminar el tema va haver la oportunidad de dialogar y buscar opticiones de poner presion y mejorar el grupo arbitral. Ya se havia placticado con el comite ejecutivo y se va llevar acavo en este mes de Diciembre y parte de Enero. Ustedes van haver los resultados buscar mejorar en todos los aspectos. Nosotros como mesa directiva, ellos mejorar como Arbitros, y ustedes con decirle a sus jugadores las consecuencias.

El secretario mensiono otro punto donde le an llegado jugadores donde dicen que no tienen todos sus goles en las lista. Como se avia quedado en es responsabilidad que el capitan deve hir I asegurar que el arbitro apunten los goles. Que sigan asiendo eso por que hay algunos que no lo hacen o les estan diciendo a los arbitros pero no los estan aciendo. Aseguence que los jugadores que anotaron los goles estan en el reporte para que cuando reciva la imforcion salga correcta en al pajina. El Presidente mensiono que tenia el mismo problema cuando el era secretario. El arbitro hace su reporte al final del dia alas 6 de la noche donde no apuntan el bien que fue el que metio los goles. Haci que es su responsabilidad de decir alos arbitros. Leones mensiono que le dijo a un arbitro que tenia 6 goles de un juagador y el arbitro le dijo lo contrario que solo anoto 5 y que otro anoto el sexto que fue numero 3. Leones respondio que no tiene camiseta 3 y que se enojo y dijo que lo lo dejan comer. Que no se prestan para hacer las cosas. El presidente mensiono que se vuelve al tema donde si no lo hacen por escrtito nose save y si lo hacen nos damos cargo para avisar al Presidente de los arbitros que tipo de actitud tiene el arbitro para decirle lo que no esta bien y haci pueda correjirlo. Avido donde sele dicho que corrija que no deje entrar jugador a jugador que no este en la lista. Se pregunto si un jugador puede hacer una carta. Presidente respondio que si con tal que sea algo razonable. Algo que se sustifique que no hizo bien el arbitro.

Treasury

 President asked if there were any questions or corrections. He also mention that the field fees for Santa Barbara School District original payment was $1,353.00 but on $1,180.00 was paid because they were charging until 5pm. There was a question about San Isidro showing up twice in two payments. There was an error when it was printed.

 The only one was Santa Barbara Jr. High field payment in will be discuss in new affairs.

New Affairs

The president mention that the payment was made from November 23 to December 14 because the field would be close after the 14th until January 5th. There will be another contract for January upto May and after May another contract until the first or second week of June when school session ends.

Next topic was about December 21st – First Division teams will play because they have more games to play. The directors from Murphy Field send a notice that the field will not be available until January 5th. 4 Games will be play on Girsh Park on the December 21st from First division and the other 4 or 5 games left would be play in Girsh Park on January 5th. We will find the best way to play the schedule games. There wont be enough fields for eveyone to play on January 11th and 18th, because SBJr. H. and Girsh Park are the only fields available. Milan asked wich teams from Carpinteria would play on those day. Resoponse – only teams from First Division. Guanajuato mention that players from First division would be on vacation in mexico on those days. That Mayor Teams and Second division teams are not the only ones taking vacation and if they do…  they wont have players to play with. Leones Negros mention that it would be best to hold the games just like the other divisions. The president mention that thats the only way to push the shedules from the First division since it has more schedule games than the other two division. Morelita mention that we talk about this happening on the start of the season, and now that is coming teams are changing there minds. San Buena suggested to play at night. President said the cost would be to high because of the purchase of lights about $90 an hour and cost for field paint. Also that there is a 70% chance of rain on December 14th. Murphy field is on hold until the directors from the field give us the go ahead. There are no other way, so First division Teams would play on the 11th and 18th. President ask for any other suggestions. There were none.

Generals Affairs

 The Board decided to give back $100 from the Deposit account. The treasurer passed the evelopes with checks to the team delegates present. Leones Negros asked what happen with those teams who have been in the league for many years that only paid $250 for the deposit. Would they only have $150 y they retire. The president said that since those teams will be honor there long commitement to the league and they would be paid equally as new teams, since many teams decided to leave and lost there deposit. Some of that money went to the debt they left and the rest was save. At the end it balances evenly with all the teams.

 Gift cards of $25, $15, and $10 were given out to teams who were pick from a paper raffle. The board want to give out some gifts because of Christmas.

The president mention that since the day he started as president was to comply with the By-Laws. Decisions had been made as whole by the committee members. From the begin it has been establish that team that does not pay there fee on time and play in debt it would be consequences. First schedule game was given a free pass so teams can have a chance to be current with there payments. This can probably look a bit drastic but the point is tha the fees come out on Wednesday and you have all week to pay. Many do not pay attention to the court of sentences for example if a player is expelled for insults to the referee or Violent Conduct is a $20 fee or Incorrect document is $10 fee. It seems to drastic to take away a game for $10 but is a debt that was cost by the team. Is a debt that must be paid before the beginning of the game. Amatl asked that when there is a fee from the player for $20 the team pays. The president responded with yes, only when a player is expelled fro 3 months, 6 months and a $100 fined. Thats when the player is responsible for the debt. If a player is suspended for 2 games for J.B.G. (Bad Brutal Play) $10 fine or C.V. (Violent Conduct) 3 games the teams pay the fee; Because the player will sit out for 3 games and then he can go back to play. As well if the he decides to pay for the 2 games fee of $50 per game. It would be a total of $110 for the player to be able to play. Every week the president, Treasurer and Secretary are checking that all teams are paying on time. Going back to the point… the sentences come out on Wednesday and the list of teams with debts (Deudores) is clearly shown the due date before your game. You have until 6pm on Saturday to pay with check or money order. If you for got or if you are out of town you can pay on Sunday by handing it to one of the committee members before your game. If for some reason you cannot find a committee member you can put it the box but must be a Money Order only and you must call the Treasurer letting him know you left it inside the box. Is the teams owners responsibility there is enough time given to pay all fees. If you don’t pay the first week you will accumulate another by the time you the first one. That’s when we get questions like why am I being charge again when I already pay. You need to pay every week to avoid any problems. The President asked if any one had questions. Is usually the same teams who the same problem. This is a rule that is being applied from the beginning of the season because that’s how the By-Laws are written. This rule is being apply to everyone. Is not fair that 35 teams are paying there dues and the rest just gets by as if the rules didn’t apply to them. Is understandable that you get busy, and that the economy is not doing so well or that you are taking from your own pocket because you enjoy the game. But when you all sign up to have a team you also sign up to be financially responsible. The league also has to make payments. You can see that the league may have 1,300.00 in the account on the reports but come January the fields need to be pay for the who year wich we as to pay in instal payments of 9,000 plus the playoff are near. Trophies need to be purchase that are over $4,000.00. All of this emplyes debt. Every team is responsible to make there payments inside the  box the treasurer is the only one with the key, no one else has a key… not the president, vice-president, or secretary. The treasurer is the only one with a key, if your payment is not in the box… we cannot do anything, because the treasurer is the only who keeps track of the payments. Is not the Treasurers decision to fined, is the committee who decides when the game is overturn and a team loses if the payment is not in the box. We cannot be more clear. There is nothing against anyone or wrong doing tours anyone. There are rules here and we have to enforce them rules that have been given. President asked if anyone had a question. Leones Negros asked if the payment can be after the sentence members meet. The President responded that this is as in general debts that are in the web page under Deudores are the the days due. You have approximately 10 days to pay. It gets backup when you wait 2 to 3 weeks to pay and is overwhelming to buy a $190 Money Order. Is easier to buy a $65 Money Order and pay every week, because there was a cost as a player is costly to win a game and have it taken away for debt. Leones Negros mention that $190 would be about 3 games which is way overdue. The president responded with that it is only an example and that he is not given an exact quote. The president asked if there was any dough or anyone is unclear about how debts are run, but it is very clear in the webpage when your fees are due. U. de G. Jrs. said that team owners should read the By-Laws the only thing is that many do not read the internet page and before it was send by mail. The president mention that a copy of the Court sentences is printed and posted above the payment box. For any reason you do not have access to the internet the case number will be there. Don’t let debt accumulate there are consequences. Someone asked when does the treasurer pick up the checks on Saturday. The presidents answer was at 6pm when the store closes.  The treasurer mention that is very simple; You play on Sunday, the case comes out on Wednesday and you have 5 days to pay case that is $65 and maybe $10 or $20 extra fees. There are teams here who’s name do not come out in any list because when I go to pick there checks are already there or they stop by at that time to make payment. Why do some wait till the next coming Saturday and have their teams names come out on the list. When he was here before you will play on Sunday and you had till 7pm on the following Monday, after that you would have to pay by Money Order only. I am not saying this to change the rules. Is much easier to see that the case comes out and you have 5 days to pay. The teams who pay on this time never have any problems, I don’t receive calls saying I already pay or why are you charging me. Never, Never, have I had these types of questions from these teams. Folks get confuse because they don’t pay on time. The president ask if there were any questions about any other topic.

Milan asked who keeps track of the teams who do not show up for the meetings. The secretary responded that he is the one keeping track that there are teams who have not showed up and have been fined and that they already have 2 absences. On the third time they will be fined $100. The president mention that there are consequences for not coming to the meetings. The first absent is $25 fee, Second is $25, Third is $100, aster that is $25 again, and another $25 one more time, then it would be $150. There are only 2 excuse absences per year. Someone asked if the 2 excuse absences would renew on January. President said no, that the year runs from Anual meeting on October 204 to Anual metting arond October 2015. Also, you cannot be excuse from the Anual meeting. The President asked if there was anything else. Vice-President asked if there will be a meeting on January. President said that there wont be one, that the next one would be in February.

President ask about what everyone thought about the referres. Leones Negros mention that there was in incident where a referee took out his red card and held it in his hand like if he was doing that to intimidate everyone. Another delegate said that the referee asked to switch with a line-man referee because he could not run anymore. President said that is valid. Same delegate said but this happen when a possible of a score. Cruz Azul mention that he had a player expelled but the referee took the wrong ID card. That they should pay more attention tours that. Amatl suggested that the referree president should come to the meetings. The president responded that there would not be any solution. Amatl continued talking about a referre that was obearing, that he would chalenge his authorathy on players, and with that additude he can rub agains another person who in a bad mood can come to a fight. He made an example that he taunted his players. Milan mension that a referee would not receive the ID card untill he was ready to receive it on half court. At that game the player was expelled and as he was coming out the referee told him for that you enter in a sarcastic way. Is probably the same referee. Another delegate mention that there was a game where  a player was given two yellow cards but he was not expelled from the game. U. de G. Jrs. mention that these should be given in writing so they can be given to the President Referee so he can correct the problem. Because the legaue cannot control any referee or sentence him. The president mention that if there is any complains about the referee that needs to be in writing. You can give it to the secretary, president so it can be taken to the President of the referee. There has been meetings with the president of the referres and we have told him that several of his referee do not have the capacity to be reefrees. There are some who have been remove from from here in the past from when the time Alex was the president. To compare the previous referees to the new ones, the new ones are doing a poor job, but the change was made because you all asked to make the changes. The first few schedule games they did good but they have come down allot. U. de G. Jrs. if there is not writen the referee can easily say the team doesn’t like me and then nothing happens. The president mention that there are options in Ventura and Los Angeles for referees, but the ones from Los Angeles do not want to come all the way over here for less than $70 dollars. 2 huge leagues are paying $65 and they say why would they go so far away for the same pay. We are looking for different options but there is nothing in concrete. This coming month is a good time to make changes. The current referees do have some referees that are good. The president stop negotiations with new referees because they wanted to get paid more. A delegate said it would be better to pay a bit more since teams are losing for the current referees errors. U. de G. Jrs. mention that we have to acknowledge that there are some that are doing a good job and they should not have the same outcome as the ones who are not. The referee president should punish the ones who are doing a bad job. Leones asked if the ones from L.A. wont come for less than $65. President answer that they get the same pay it is worth the gas money and to go hungry all day. Another Delegate said that es better to bring other referee because they cost insults and you end up paying for more anyway. Guanajuato mention that we need to talk to referee in charge so he can step it up. The president responded that he has had 2 meetings before the league started where he was told what was expected from them. Leones asked how much do the referees from L.A. want. President answer with about $70 to $75. Leones mention that the $10 or $15 dollars of sentences would be good to get better job from the referees and will also would add more pressure to the current ones. Another delegate said that paying a bit more would avoid future problems. He made a example about a referee going along by what folks would tell him and not for what he saw. Amatl suggested that the Committee should pressure the referees because they represent the Teams owners, they should let them know that owners are not happy.  U. de G. Jrs mention that the best pressure is from the team owners. The committee cannot command the referees the team owners are the ones have all the right to send a letter were states the reason why they would no longer want the services from such referee. He made an example about a while back making a letter himself and sending. the referee was no longer invite after that. The president close the topic and said that there is opportunity to look for ways to put presure and make the referee group better. The Board has talks about fixing it on this month or part of January. You will all see that we will work on making everything better, such as us as a committee, the group of  referees, and you all as passing the message to your players of the circumstances.

 The Secretary mention that there is another subject that needs to be address and that is that he has been contacted by players telling him that all of the goals he score are not on the Goleadore (Scorer) list. You all agree to have the Captain check with the referee who was the ones who score the goals. There are a few teams who are not doing that or that they might be doing it but the referee is not writing them down. Make sure the players that score get written down on the Roster sheet so the secretary so the correct information comes out on the scorer page. The president mention that he had the same problem when he was secretary. The referee makes his report at the end of the day around 6pm where they write the wrong information. Is the responsibility of the Teams that the sheet it written correctly.  Leones Negros told a referee about a player who had score 6 goals and the referee told him that it was 5 and that the other goal was from player number 3. Leones responded that he doesn’t have a number 3 jersey and ther referee became angry and said I don’t got a chance eat. Leones said referees do not take the time to make things right. The president mention that the topic returns about were if you do not write a letter nobody knows about the it and if you all did write the letters we can send it to the president of the referres and he can see the type of additude his referees have and that way we can let him know that is not correct and it can be corrected.  For example we have told him to correct the insidents were they must check and not let a player in if they are not on the roster sheet when a player enters the field. Someone asked if a player can send a letter. The presidente responded as long as justify and reasonable.
